I personally have never been a dieter. I feel if i sit and think about every little thing going into my mouth every single day, i would be miserable. I cringe when I hear others talk about their crash diets and the trends they follow in hopes to get that “perfect” body all because I know, unless they are making a full healthy life change, all that time and effort watching every little detail of their consumption could easily fall as soon as they stop their programs.
