At the moment you think your it can’t get any harder… it can’t get worse… I had just that for the past two weeks. A sinus cold that made it difficult to hold my composure at work, a migraine like I have never experienced, a tree fell in our back yard taking out our power and cable leaving our home dark and hot for 3.5 days. For most people this would be a major set back, but for me I tried to muster up some stamina to workout at least 2/3 days a week… amazing enough those were my best days.
My advice to you is even though you might feel at your worst, like you have no time, energy or will power to get a walk in, or some form of exercise. Find the time! It will help your mental focus, clarity, and stamina. If you need the encouragement, or want someone to hold you accountable? I AM HERE FOR YOU!
Once again today was my “another day one” as I finally felt myself and I am on the wagon again to a healthier me. =0)
