51Fifty workout of the day

30:30 for 5min.

kettlebells & bag work

swings

boxing/knee’s

cleans

boxing/kicks

over head press

boxing jumping jacks

snatches

boxing/dot jumps

windmills

boxing/squats

Didn’t look to bad on paper, but working it was a different story. I love how kettlebells give you a full body strength training and cardio workout wrapped in one. Hitting the bag is always fun to help release any frustrations, or aggression. Great workout babe! (my finance’ owns the gym) 

My refuel after was a nice breakfast with a friend and fellow training partner at Toast, avocado, tomato and bacon omelet with a slice of whole wheat toast, and some fruit. YUMMY! Now for the rest of our day.
